
It was a very humbling match against the
St. Louis Cure.
Union S.C. had come in with the confidence that it could keep up with the
Cure offense. The game ended up being a complete shame as the
Blues got pushed around and shown the showers. To lose the match by not even putting up a fight is just plain sad. Even as anemic as the
Blues offense was last season, the club was shut out only once in 2009, so it just goes to show just how bad of a performance this was. The lose is the 2nd in a row for
Union S.C. and drops the club into 3rd place.
