Angel Town has acquired a 2nd round draft pick from Southland FC. The club is hoping to draft a 10 to 14 point player that will add depth to the squad with this pick. "I'm seeing what's happening around the league, and our opponents are putting the pressure on. With 14 teams, this larger BSL puts even more emphasis on the early rounds of the drafts to gain difference makers. Our rivals, the Suns appear poised to gain a 20 point player after taking over the 1st pick in the expansion draft. Royal Oak also got a big pick, Century, Pacific, are all picking up early draft slots. Making this deal shows Angel Town means to compete too."
