Union Sign Another Carlos

The 2nd player protected by Union S.C. in 2018 to play along side Carlos Vela will be Carlos Rivas. The active player has had a history of not finishing his chances, but will be in a new environment and coached by Jesse Marsch, so the upside potential is there.
Rivas was signed as a Retention Player.
The 23 year old had 5 goals and 13 assists in his last 42 starts playing 4131 minutes.
