Week 11 recap: The Blues managed to get a point coming from behind. After trailing 2-0 in the match, Marco Pappa got the offense on the move and then late in the final minutes Matt Picken got the equalizer.

After so many defeats in the regular season, Union S.C. finally got the upper hand against the Monarchs to advance to a Semi-Final match next week against California Cup rival Gold Coast F.C. The scoring for the Blues started on Thursday with a Donovan Ricketts clean sheet. Then Chris Wondolowski added a brace. Davy Arnaud and Sharlie Joseph sealed the deal.

Union S.C. did not take advantage of a Toronto F.C. club in disarray losing 5-3 in the 2nd game of the Majors Cup Group Stage. Toronto did not play the best of games, but managed to score a couple of goals against the run of play. Now the Blues will have to defeat Montgomery County to advance to the Semi's. A club the Blues have had trouble beating in the past.

The first Majors Cup group stage game is starting up on Wednesday and the reigning Majors Cup Champion is waiting. F.C. Dallas is looking very sharp in 2010, and is actually better than the club that played in the 2009 Majors Cup. The Blues will need to bring a steady supply of scores to get a maximum 3 points in this match.
